Online coaching is suitable for anyone ranging from a hard core gym goer to a complete beginner. Whether you are looking to drop body fat, build muscle or just feel better and take control of your health and lifestyle, online coaching is for you. It can be utilised by anyone, anywhere, offering convenience, responsiveness, flexibility and affordability.

What makes it different with us?
We will be with you every step of the way, through unlimited amount of support. Everything will be planned and built around your current lifestyle and tailor made to fit around you. Whether you have a gym membership or want to do it in the comfort of your own home, every workout you do will be bespoke to you from resistance training to functional training. As we look at it as a lifestyle, we incorporate small but essential changes going forward so we aim to make it fun to keep you motivated but also so you enjoy the journey.
We plan every rep, set, load and rest intervals to take out the guess work for you and include planned active recovery sessions and rest days. 
Consultation / sign up:
To get things started we will arrange a video call at a time convenient to you. During this chat we get to know you a little better and explain the process. From signup we will then ask you to complete the following which will help us plan the next chapter of your fitness journey:

- Lifestyle questionnaire

- Analysis of all previous training history

- Nutrition questionnaire

- Postural alignment 

- Fitness assessment  

This will give us all the information that we will need to get you on the right track and get started. 

Support:
During the process you will have 24/7 support from any location in the world with a weekly video check in, 24/7 support via WhatsApp and have access to a private members Facebook group.
